Candy Cane Lane

Marie is obsessed with Christmas lights, (probably from her nightly visits to the neighbor's yard decorations), so we decided to blow her mind and take her to a hidden gem in St. Louis.  Candy Cane Lane in St. Louis Hills (conveniently located behind my favorite Ted Drewes) is a street where every house displays Christmas lights and decorations and takes donations for charities (it's a different charity each night, our night was Feed My People).  Tune your car radio at the entrance and you can listen to the movie being played on the jumbotron at the end of the street.  Marie loved it...we will definitely make this a yearly tradition (in addition to the Ted Drewes visit afterwards) for the girls.

Check out the news story about Candy Cane Lane and try to swing by for a look and to donate to the nightly charity.
