Nanny's Surprise = Fun Day!

Last Monday, The Nanny surprised us by taking the day off and saying we can hang out all day.  One quick call to Meemaw (my Mom) and a field trip to Forest Park was organized.  The Zoo, Boathouse for lunch and a drive down Hampton to Ted Drewes and you've got yourself a pretty fun day!

When you hit the Zoo early on a Monday morning, there are lots of empty seats on the carousel.

Gotta love the giraffes...and how prenatal vitamins have made this Mommy's hair so long.
