Let's be honest, playdates are great. Marie has a little playtime with friends, a snack, then naps for 2 hours. It's fantastic. It's also a great pastime for me as well....time to chit-chat with other Moms and break up the day a bit. Friday was an extra special playdate for Marie and myself. My good friend, Anne, who was a Travel Director with me, was in town from Boston. We are excited that she and Ellie are spending a month in St. Louis before they head East to their new digs in North Carolina. Ellie is adorable...the pigtails, the perfect manners, the listening to everything her Mommy says, the combining words to form complete sentences...she is Marie's new role model. I tried to convince them to stay in St. Louis forever, but no such luck.
