26 weeks - Finally, Yo's crib is up...don't worry, we did get a mattress too...and the nursery is starting to take shape. Next on our list, how to teach Ruby what toys are her's and what toys are Yo's. Wish us luck!
27 weeks - Office has a fresh coat of paint....thanks Chris!
(Is it possible that Chris is "nesting" like I am? He's painting everything in sight!)
28 weeks - Went to the Boat House in Forest Park for Brian & Clare's wedding shower.
It was such a nice night out!
29 weeks - First Mizzou game of 2010!
I didn't get to go to the game, so this was the next best thing.
30 weeks - Our new fence is up....kind of. We're waiting for a part on the mechanical door.
When that arrives, we'll be all set!
31 weeks - Forest Park Balloon Race! This was one of my Dad's favorite things to do in the fall, so we go every year. Mom, Lisa, Madelyn, Adam and I packed our chairs and some snacks and battled the crowds. It was a little warm outside, but we still had a nice time.
RUBY UPDATE:
Guess who got into another bar of soap? You've guessed it. Ruby.
Luckily, she didn't eat a lot, but we now have to "Ruby-proof" the bathrooms so it doesn't happen again.
We're considering changing her name to Bubbles.
